FEEDER
8 60mm wide rubber feeding belts, driven by independent dual
servo motors.
Two cardboard stacking positions are set, and the stacking
positions can be adjusted according to the size of the cardboard.
Four feeder knives, adjust the asymmetric length according to
the actual sample.
The downward suction structure is adopted to improve the
accuracy and efficiency of paper output, and no waste products
will be generated. The feeder part of the machine is equipped
with a downward suction vortex suction pump to ensure high
paper conveying stability and uniform frequency.
GLUING PART
Mechanical roller gluing is adopted, and there are two kinds of
bonding methods, hot and cold. (optional glue spray system)
There are two sets of glue and paste cylinders, both of which
are hot and cold, and a double glue system is installed on the
side to solve better secondary positioning.
STITCHING PART
Use 5pcs(4pcs big, 1pcs small) guide plate structure, each big
guide plate is with leading screw, eletirc adjustment and easy to
pperate.
4pcs of 50mm delivery belt, with double servo motor drive, make
the stitching with higher precision.
Use the steel balls to press cardboard with plastic cover, reduce
the noise.
